Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened.

Returns are free of charge. We will provide a return label for you.

To start a return, please log in to your customer account and follow the returns process from your order details. Alternatively, you can email us at info@inmytote.com and we will be happy to help.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
