Orders will be processed within 24–48 hours and shipped via Royal Mail using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Royal Mail delays, busy periods, weather, strikes, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original condition, unless the item is faulty.
